"ClaimBook Production Release - June 2021

Greetings from ABI Health Team...!!!

We wish to inform you that we have added below mentioned features to ClaimBook application in June-2021 production release.

  • Bulk "Courier Sent Date" update in Dispatch Management:
    • Earlier users were only allowed to update the "Courier Received Date", "Courier Number" & "Acknowledgement Letter" document in bulk.
    • In this release we have introduced the option to update the "Courier Sent" date in bulk through the "Dispatch Management".
    • Now only the "Courier Name" is mandatory for Claim Submission, whereas , "Courier Number", "Courier Sent Date" & "Courier Received Date".









  • Shortfall Filter in Claim Approved, Partially Paid & Fully Paid states:
    • Dashboard Filter is introdued for Shortfall amount equal to zero ( Shortfall = 0)  & Shortfall amount higher than zero ( Shortfall > 0) in Approved, Partially Paid and Fully Paid status







  • Upload Settlement Details field addition:
    • Now user will be able to enter Deduction details of each transactions. (TDS , Discount, Disallowance, Copay and Others) using the Upload Settlement Details option.







  • Multiple Settlement Details:
    • In the Reconciliation screen, Multiple Settlement link is made available to show the details of Settlements, whenever the case has multiple Settlements/Top Up policy settlements..
