ClaimBook Production Release - March 2021

We're happy to announce that we have added new features to our ClaimBook application.
- Claim Submission checklist:
- The Claim submission checklist can be found in Claim Form section of the case sheet. Using ClaimBook's comprehensive claim submission checklist Hospitals can record any missing documents or missing information in the claim docket.
- Claim Submission checklist is accessible for Hospitals with & without Validator workflow as well.
- By default Claim Submission checklist is only enabled for Validation enabled hospitals.
- Now Room Type of the patient entered/selected using auto complete feature.
- Preauth Type in the dashboard.
- Preauth Type of the case can be viewed from the dashboard, under "Queries", "Draft", "Submitted", "Approved", "Rejected", "Discharge Approved" & "Cancelled".
- HDFC ERGO portal changes:
- As per the changes in the HDFC ERGO Portal, mandatory fields, room types & rules engine are updated in ClaimBook.
- Password reset option for Hospital Admin:
- Hospital Admin will be able to reset password for any of the Hospital User now.
- The password will be reset to Default password.(1234) & the Admin has to inform that to the User accordingly.
- As earlier, User needs to login using the Default password and CB will ask him to change the password after his first login.
- Transactional SMS to Treating Doctors :
- Now Doctors can also receive Transactional SMS updates on the case state as it is for Patients.
- By default, this feature is disabled. As per hospital request the feature can be enabled.
