ClaimBook Production Release - April 2021.
Greetings from ABI Health Team...!!!
Below mentioned features have been added in this ClaimBook production release.
Pre-auth Type addition:
- We have added 4 new Pre-auth types titled as MV(Dialysis), MV(Radiation), MV(Chemo), MV(Other) in addition to the In-Patient & Daycare. (Note: MV stands for Multi-visit)
- Proposed Line of Treatment will be automatically selected for MV (Dialysis), MV (Radiation), MV (Chemo) cases as per the selection.
- For all Multi-Visit types (Dialysis, Radiation, Chemo, Other) Additional Bills option would be enabled.
- With the Additional Bill's feature users can add the bill details of the individual treatment/procedure sittings
- Once a pre-auth type is selected it can not be changed by the user. To change the pre-auth type user will have to raise the ticket through ClaimBook in app support widget Sneha & have it updated accordingly.
Case ID or IP Number edit:
- Case ID or IP Number is now editable in the case sheet.
- Now user can change or edit the existing Case ID or IP Number.
- Case ID or IP Number edit option is only available when the case is in Pre-auth module.
- Once the case moves to Claims module, Case ID or IP Number can not be edited. To change the Case ID or IP Number in the Claims module user must raise the ticket through ClaimBook in app support widget Sneha & have it updated accordingly.
- Note: For HIS Integration enabled hospitals, incorrect/wrong Case ID or IP Number will lead to error in case process. Hence, please ensure to enter the correct Case ID or IP Number.
Patient information display Kiosk dashboard:
- Patient Information display kiosk dashboard time out has been changed. Please refer to the below table for updated time-out for cases for different case status.

| Approved (Initial & Enhancement) | 24 Hrs from the time of Approval receipt |
| Rejected (Discharge & Revision) | 24 Hrs from the time of Rejection receipt |
| Discharge Approved | 8 hours from the time of Discharge Approval receipt |
| Cancelled | 24 Hours |
