Introducing New Feature in ClaimBook - Update Case Status

At the outset we thank you for being associated with us.

  • we would like to inform you that we have added a new feature to update the Preauth Approvals & Rejections for Hospital Users.

  • Now for the Preauth Submitted states, the Hospital Users can update the Case Status as Approved, Rejected or Extension Denied (Approval Enhance denied by the payer) by attaching the relevant document and with information.
  • Hospital users can make use of this feature to update the Approval/Rejection/Extension denied to any individual mail IDs or personal mail IDs.
  • Hospital users can also see the pending status of the case such as Query Pending (Query reply awaited from Hospital) Payer Pending (response from payer is awaited) in the case sheet.
