Introducing new MIS Report - Payer Response TAT
Dear Sir/Madam,
Greeting from ABI Health Team...!!
Payer/TPA Response TAT Report is monthly report & is available in the Payer Performance MIS Report section.
Payer Response TAT is the time taken by the Payer to respond back to the hospital following a Submission. In addition to Approval/Rejections Query from Payer/TPA is also considered as a response and TAT is calculated accordingly.
- The Report is a bar graph for Initial, Enhancement, Discharge and Discharge Revision submissions in each month
- The Report is split into two, Initial , Enhancement Payer Response TAT & Discharge, Discharge Revision Payer Response TAT.
- Excel data for the report is also available.
