With ClaimBook’s in app support widget “Sneha”, users can raise tickets directly from the ClaimBook application by entering only few information. From the widget users can also view the tutorials, FAQs contents and new feature release update. 

With the ClaimBook customer support portal, users can create an account and edit & set up their profile, check status of the tickets and view all the tickets raised for their organization, provide feedback, and export tickets data as an excel document.
